HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?
$8 Nationwide or free if you can pick up from the Palmerston North store.
We reserve the right to change these prices at our discretion and without notice at any time.
We also reserve the right to decline shipping to certain places at our discretion.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Nationwide: 2 - 3working days (details on rural delivery below)
Pick up: Available during Palmerston North store open hours once you've made your purchase.
All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival, please ensure you provide a physical shipping address where there will be someone available to sign for the package between business hours, this will avoid any delivery delays. Any attempted national deliveries that can not be signed for will be kept at Post Haste until the receiver phones/emails in to advise further delivery instructions. Notice of this comes in the form of a "card left" calling card, containing instructions and tracking number.
Any rural delivery may result in an extra 2 working day transit time from the normal time frame.
All orders will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours, if an order is placed over a weekend or public holiday process will begin on the next working day; (please note in some cases this could take up to 48 hours). Standard delivery times do not include any time for processing your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification of dispatch including an online tracking number.
We take no responsibility for any extra charges /duties or taxes incurred at the receivers end.
The above time frames are estimates by our shipper and we cannot guarantee your item will arrive in this timeframe.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, return it to us, unused and in the condition you recieved it, within 30 days and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.
